Job summary

Amazon Fulfillment Poland sp. z o.o. is hiring for an on-site, full-time internship across multiple locations in Poland.

You will work in our Fulfillment Centers, analyzing data, delivering high-priority projects, and collaborating with managers and frontline associates to drive improvements. This educational program is designed for penultimate or final year students in Supply Chain, Business/Management, or Engineering.

Qualifications

• Penultimate or final year pursuing a university degree in a related field.
• Eligible to complete a full-time internship of 3–6 months.
• Proficient English and local language at CEFR C1.

Responsibilities

• Complete high-priority projects to the highest standard, delivering results.
• Analyze data to identify operational challenges and opportunities for improvement.
• Propose and test solutions, collaborating with the team to implement the most effective ones.
• Develop communication and teamwork by working with managers, stakeholders, and frontline associates.
• Be mobile within the building to engage with various teams and participate in pre-briefs, flow meetings, and leadership discussions.

• Potential relocation to the designated work location.

Internship Start Dates across the year

• We are hiring interns to start anytime from January through July 2027. Each month, we'll hold 1-2 onboarding days for new hires.

The base pay for this position is PLN 6000 monthly.

Basic Qualifications

• Currently in your penultimate or final year and working towards a university degree in Supply Chain, Business/Management, Engineering or another related field.
• Eligible to complete a full-time internship of 3-6 months.
• Highly proficient in both spoken and written English and the local language of the country you are applying for (Common European Framework of Reference C1).

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify process improvements and innovative solutions.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, able to collaborate effectively with others.
• Demonstrated curiosity, proactivity, and willingness to take on challenges in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment.

The minimum gross base pay salary for this position is listed below. The base salary listed corresponds to working on a full-time basis. For part-time hours, the salary will be pro-rated.
