Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a senior Operations and EPC/O&M project manager in Poland to lead energy projects. You will drive negotiations for EPC and PPA with clients and shape project scope across stakeholders to ensure technical feasibility.

Lead planning, reporting, and performance improvements across operations, commercial, financial and legal teams, ensuring delivery within deadlines and budgets.

Qualifications

• University degree in Engineering or Project Management.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in similar roles.
• Minimum 3 years on Solar Energy Market (mandatory).
• Knowledge of development of RE Projects and PowerBI.

Responsibilities

• Be part of the EPC and O&M contracts discussion and execution.
• Support the commercial director on EPC and PPA negotiations with Clients
• Define and implement operations management plans to accomplish financial goals
• Assist in defining project scope with stakeholders and ensuring feasibility
• Review progress reports and adjust staffing and finances as needed
• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor progress
• Manage internal operations teams and external providers
• Promote continuous improvement of operations and processes
• Align processes between operations, commercial, financial and legal teams
• Ensure implementation of best practices

• Be part of the EPC and O&M contracts discussion and execution.
• Support the commercial director on the negotiation of EPC and PPA with Clients
• Defines and implements operations management plans to accomplish financial goals
• Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Reviews regular progress reports and makes staffing, financial, or other adjustments to align the developing project with broader outcome goals.
• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
• Manages internal operations' teams and external providers
• Promotes continuous improvement of operations and commercial processes
• Aligns processes between operational, comercial, financial and legal teams
• Ensure the implementation and best pratices

Requirements

• University Degree in Engineering, Project Management or related
• Minimum 5 years of experience in similar roles
• Minimum of 3 years on Solar Energy Market (mandatory)
• Knowledge of the decentralised energy market (as optional)
• Knowledge on development of RE Projects
• Knowledge in PowerBI or similar
• Good leadership and supervisory skills
• Good time and stress management skills
• Sense of team spirit within different departments
• Communicates well and relays information in a timely manner
• Knows what is required in order for a particular project to be completed, and has realistic expectations as far as meeting deadlines go
