Łódź, Poland – Hybrid Setting

We are seeking an experienced OT Systems Engineer to design, deploy, and optimize industrial automation solutions across our global manufacturing network.

Main Responsibilities

• Lead the deployment of standardized PLC, HMI, and SCADA solutions
• Support MES integration and plant-level data frameworks.
• Close cooperation with our Cybersecurity team on identifying potential vulnerabilities and working on solutions to premeditate them in the future.
• Drive standardization across platforms such as Siemens, Rockwell, and Schneider Electric
• Improve system reliability through high‑availability, backup, and disaster recovery strategies
• Identify automation opportunities that enhance performance, reduce costs, and support innovation initiatives such as predictive maintenance

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Industrial Automation, Computer Engineering, or related field
• Proven experience in manufacturing OT environments.
• Exposure to Cybersecurity in an OT Automation environment.
• Familiarity with MES platforms and industrial historians
• Hands‑on expertise with PLC and SCADA systems
• Strong understanding of industrial networking, cybersecurity, and disaster recovery principles
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Fluent English language knowledge.
