Job summary

Bostonair Group Limited is recruiting a Technical Representative to join a major airline on a permanent basis. The role is based on site at MROs, overseeing base maintenance, fleet transition checks and end-of-lease activities.

You will manage work scopes, defects and findings, act as a primary liaison between MOC, CAMO, MRO and third-party suppliers, and monitor MRO performance while balancing costs. Fluency in English is required.

Qualifications

• Licensed Aircraft Engineer with EASA B1 or B2 certification.
• Experience in base maintenance; supervisory or check leader experience preferred.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Be based on site at MROs, overseeing base maintenance, end of lease and fleet transition checks.
• Manage work scopes, defects and findings.
• Be the point of contact between MOC, CAMO, MRO and any 3rd party suppliers.
• Monitor performance of the MRO.
• Be commercially conscious of costs related to work scope and related man hours.
