All about the role

Online Sales Specialist Baltics is responsible - under the supervision of the Marketing Manager of Baltic Countries - for driving the growth of the E-Commerce business by enhancing customer experience, managing customer order fulfilment, technology, and infrastructural plans. Responsible for generating data-driven commercial insights and managing relationships with partners for the business. Works in a fast-paced, digitally-centric environment where he/she oversees the end-to-end commercialization and operationalization of the E-Commerce business.

What you'll do
Content & Merchandising Optimization
  • Manage product content, images, and specifications to ensure consistency and brand compliance.
  • Work with media and content teams to enhance product discoverability and engagement.
  • Monitor and improve digital shelf KPIs (e.g., search ranking, ratings & reviews, content score).
Performance Analysis & Reporting
  • Track and analyze sales performance, traffic, conversion rates, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve online sales and user experience.
  • Prepare monthly reports for internal stakeholders and support forecasting processes.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Coordinate with regional and global eCommerce teams to align on best practices and tools
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Digital Commerce, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, or online retail.
  • Familiarity with Baltic e-retailers and marketplaces
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, Google Analytics, and CMS platforms
  • Digital-first mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
  • Fluent in English, and one of the local languages of Latvian, Lithuanian, or Estonian
