Job description

• Support development of high-level and low-level designs for One Identity Manager deployments, including logical and physical architecture.
• Support definition and document IAM standards, patterns, and best practices for the organization.
• Support integration of One Identity Manager with enterprise systems (Active Directory, SAP, Azure AD, etc.).

Implementation & Integration

• Participate in overseeing configuration and integration of One Identity Manager with target systems, ensuring seamless provisioning and de-provisioning workflows.
• Support the development of connectors and custom integrations (e.g., PowerShell, REST APIs, CSV-based systems).

Governance & Compliance

• Establish and maintain policies for identity lifecycle, access reviews, and role-based access control (RBAC).
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (GDPR, SOX, etc.) and internal security policies.

Performance & Security

• Monitor IAM platform performance.
• Support implementation of security best practices, including MFA, PKI, and secrets management.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Work closely with customer to translate requirements into technical specifications.
• Provide operational guidance and training to IAM operations and support teams.

Documentation

• Maintain comprehensive architectural documentation and change records.
• Support change and release management processes, including impact assessments and pre-deployment validations.

Qualifications

• University degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Mid-Level: 5+ years in IAM implementation, with at least 2 years on One Identity Manager.
• Senior-Level: 8+ years in IAM architecture, including enterprise-scale deployments and leadership in IAM strategy.
• Proficient in cloud infrastructure (especially Azure) and IAM toolsets.
• Experience with ITSM platforms (e.g., ServiceNow).
• Familiarity with scripting and automation (e.g., PowerShell).
• ITIL Foundation certification is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Very good communication skills in English and Polish complete your profile. German and additional languages are a plus.
