Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Project Lead to drive delivery of clinical studies, aligning with SOPs and customer requirements. You will lead core project teams, liaise with clinical colleagues, and ensure quality, productivity and financial performance across studies.

You will manage risks, lead cross-functional collaboration, and act as primary contact for customers and vendors as needed, ensuring milestones are achieved and revenues advance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience including more than 1 year in project management.
• Advanced knowledge of the job area with broad knowledge of related areas.

Responsibilities

• Participate in bid defense presentations with Business Development; may lead presentations for smaller regional studies.
• Deliver and manage smaller, regional studies; develop integrated study management plans.
• Manage execution of clinical studies per contract; optimize speed, quality and cost.
• Set objectives for the project team and assess performance.
• Collaborate with functional groups to support milestone achievement and issue resolution.
• Monitor progress against contract and present project information to stakeholders.
• Proactively manage risk and lead problem-solving and contingencies.
• Ensure project quality and implement corrective and preventative actions.
