Qualifications

• Completed electrical or mechanical education, or hold equivalent experience.
• Eager to learn and develop expertise in offshore wind turbine maintenance.
• Demonstrate high safety standards and a collaborative approach.
• Reasonable command of English and willing to improve.
• Able to work at heights and at sea, comfortable with sea conditions.
• Able to pass a medical Chester step test.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic components in wind turbines.
• Perform preparatory work, checking spare parts, tools, and equipment for assembly.
• Plan and execute assembly and maintenance work with the technical team.
• Collaborate with experts to develop solutions for sustainable turbine maintenance.
• Uphold high safety standards in all operations.
• Contribute to a team that values continuous improvement and learning.
