Job summary

Bending Spoons in Warsaw is seeking an office manager to keep our Warsaw office welcoming, efficient and productive. You’ll handle daily logistics, facilities, safety, and workplace experience to support a fast-growing, collaborative team.

We expect you to speak English fluently and demonstrate Polish language skills. You’ll work on-site and help maintain an environment that enables Spooners to perform at their best.

We’re now looking for office managers who’ll turn our offices in Milan, Madrid or Warsaw into the most welcoming, efficient, and inspiring places to work.

A few examples of your responsibilities

• Keep the office in top shape—clean, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything Spooners need to thrive.
• Manage daily logistics—from deliveries and supplies to catering and maintenance—ensuring everything runs like clockwork.
• Oversee access and safety—handling temporary passes, emergency procedures, and security checks with care and precision.
• Troubleshoot and resolve facilities issues quickly—maintaining seamless functionality across the workspace.
• Proactively enhance the workplace experience—spotting opportunities, challenging the status quo, and driving creative improvements.

• Competitive pay and access to company equity at a discount. Typically, we offer candidates with limited experience an annual salary of £47,660 in London and €46,027 elsewhere in Europe. Those with highly relevant experience typically receive between £56,345 and £85,797 in London and between €54,346 and €82,557 elsewhere in Europe. Candidates offered a permanent contract may choose to receive part of their compensation in discounted company equity.
