  • 🧾 Preparing and sending sales invoices
  • 💸 Making payments, contacting the accounting office
  • 📦 Supplying the company with office and warehouse supplies
  • 🤝 Contact with offices and external companies
  • 🏢 Direct contact with offices in Berlin and Rostock
  • 📋 Coordination of current projects
  • 📝 Other administrative and office work
Your Profile:
  • good knowledge of English allowing for free communication
  • practical MS Office skills and self-confidence in using digital tools
  • high level of social skills and self-confidence in contacts with external companies
  • organizational skills and initiative in action
  • sense of responsibility, flexibility and ability to work in a team
  • driving license
  • organizational and administrative skills to ensure the smooth running of daily operations
