Job summary

Infinity Quest is seeking an experienced ODI Architect to lead the design of scalable data integration solutions using Oracle Data Integrator and Teradata in a SAFe environment.

You will define standards, mentor ETL developers, and collaborate with product owners and data stakeholders to translate complex data requirements into robust technical designs. Strong SQL/PLSQL, data modeling, and governance experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience with ODI in ETL development and architecture.
• Strong Teradata performance tuning and query optimization.
• Proficiency in SQL/PLSQL and scripting (Shell, Python).
• Experience with data modeling, warehousing, and data lake architectures.
• Working knowledge of GDPR.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the end-to-end architecture for ETL and data integration solutions using ODI.
• Design data models and optimize complex SQL queries in Teradata for large-scale data processing.
• Collaborate with product owners, data architects, and business stakeholders to translate data requirements into robust technical designs and deliver value incrementally.
• Participate in PI Planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives as part of the SAFe Agile framework.
• Establish reusable frameworks and best practices, and ensure data quality, lineage, security, and governance across all data integration processes.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize ETL performance and reliability.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to ETL developers, review designs and code for quality and performance, and maintain architecture documentation to drive knowledge sharing within the team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a results-driven ODI Architect with deep expertise in Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) and Teradata, along with hands-on data integration experience. The ideal candidate will lead the architecture and design of scalable data integration solutions, define standards and best practices, and provide technical leadership to a cross-functional agile team in a SAFe Agile environment.

• Ability to work in cross-functional Agile Release Trains (ARTs) and contribute to Program Increments (PIs).
• Comfortable using Agile tools like JIRA, Azure DevOps, or VersionOne.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications in ODI, Teradata, or data/solution architecture (e.g., TOGAF).
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, Git, and DevOps practices in data engineering.
• Understanding of data security, compliance, and governance in cloud environments.
