Qualifications

  • At least 7-10 years experience in MS Exchange and MS Exchange Online administration.
  • Comprehensive knowledge about the working of the hybrid environment.
  • Administrative knowledge in O365/M365 technology.
  • Good command of both German and English language.

Responsibilities

  • Lead M365/O365 run operation team.
  • Act as a client-facing SME for M365/O365 topics.
  • Execute/consult on complex changes.
  • Involve in migrations or upgrades.
  • Review and contribute to high level design documents.
  • Ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
  • Maintain SLAs and KPIs.
  • Identify automation opportunities.
  • Evaluate new products and recommend infrastructure solutions.

YOUR ROLE

This role is a hybrid of an SME in the MS Office / M365 / O365 topic that is closely collaborating with the client and a Team Lead that will be driving a small run operation team.

YOUR TASKS
  • Team Lead of M365/O365 run operation team
  • Client facing SME for M365 / O365 topics - close collaboration with the clients
  • executing/consulting complex changes
  • involvement in migrations or upgrades
  • review and contribution in high level design documents
  • ensuring deliverables are up to quality standards
  • keeping SLA's and KPI's in the agreed threshold
  • identifying automation opportunities
  • evaluating new products and recommending infrastructure solutions
YOUR PROFILE
  • at least 7-10 years experience in MS Exchange and MS Exchange Online administration, very good knowledge of these services is a must
  • comprehensive knowledge about administration and working of the hybrid environment
  • Administrative knowledge in O365/ M365 technology
  • good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • proficiency in reporting
  • analytical mindset and problem-solving attitude
  • ITIL experience
  • German language - is a must
  • good command of English language
