A consulting company in finance is looking for a specialist with 7-10 years of experience in finance transformation focusing on O2C processes. We are looking for a specialist with experience in finance and process transformation who will support organizations in optimizing and automating their Order to Cash (O2C) processes. The person in this role will participate in optimization, implementation, and consulting projects - from process analysis through solution design to implementation within the client’s environment.
Participate in transformation projects related to financial processes (O2C, Credit to Cash, Receivables), with the possibility of independently leading less complex initiatives.
Analyze the client’s current processes, identify bottlenecks, and recommend data-driven optimization actions.
Design and document new operating models (Target Operating Model) and process maps using tools such as Visio, Signavio, Business Optix, or Aris.
Collaborate with clients and project teams to implement new system solutions (ERP, automation, O2C tools).
Apply process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, ESOAR, Intelligent Automation) to enhance efficiency and service quality.
Prepare analyses, reports, business cases, and presentations supporting management decisions.
Support in organizing workshops, working meetings, and client training sessions.
Act as a subject matter expert in O2C processes and provide guidance to junior team members during project execution.
Ensure consistency and high quality of delivered project outcomes.
Minimum 7-10 years of professional experience in finance or within GBS/SSC/BPO organizations, with a strong focus on O2C / Credit to Cash / Receivables processes.
Hands‑on experience in transformation, optimization, or implementation projects within finance.
Ability to model and document business processes; knowledge of BPMN notation.
Good knowledge of ERP systems (SAP ECC, S/4HANA, Oracle) and O2C‑supporting tools (e.g. HighRadius, Blackline, RPA, automation).
Strong analytical skills, ability to develop recommendations and build business cases for proposed changes.
Experience in conducting workshops and project meetings, excellent client communication.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
