Job summary

OPmobility seeks an O2C Accountant with German to join the Lighting Business Group in Krakow. You will process customer invoices, manage collections, and support month- and year-end closings in a fast-changing, international environment.

Requirements include a university degree in accounting or finance, 2–5 years in receivables, SAP Finance knowledge and strong Excel skills. Hybrid work with two days home office is offered along with benefits.

Qualifications

• University degree in Accountancy or Finance.
• 2-5 years’ experience in Accounts Receivables area is a must.
• Knowledge of SAP Finance and intermediate Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Process customer invoices records and collection on due date.
• Reconcile open customer invoices with the customer statement per policy.
• Contribute to O2C accounting process improvements led by the team leader.
• Handle Customer invoice flows into SAP / accounts receivable system.
• Reconciling various accounts to ensure AR matches transactions.
• Ensure prompt collection and proper cash allocation.
• Intercompany accounts clearance and timely task handling.
• Participate in month and year-end closing activities.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as required by the leader.
