Job summary

EY GDS Poland is seeking a senior engineer to lead the design of industrial-scale digital twins and sim-to-real robotics pipelines. You will architect OpenUSD-based twins, optimize NVIDIA Omniverse and Isaac ecosystems, and drive HPC infrastructure and real-time telemetry integration.

The role requires extensive experience with NVIDIA technologies, ROS/ROS2, and multi-GPU training, with occasional travel and strong English communication.

The opportunity

Lead the design of industrial-scale digital twins and sim-to-real robotics platforms using NVIDIA Omniverse and Isaac.Drive spatial computing strategy, enabling high-fidelity simulation, autonomous system training, and seamless deployment to physical environments with minimal reality-gap.

Your key responsibilities

Architect OpenUSD-based digital twins, design sim-to-real robotics pipelines, and optimize NVIDIA Omniverse and Isaac ecosystems. Lead HPC infrastructure design, integrate real-time IoT telemetry, and ensure physics-accurate, GPU-accelerated simulation environments for enterprise-scale industrial automation.

• Deep expertise in spatial computing, robotics simulation, and GPU-accelerated systems.
• Strong leadership, systems thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to bridge simulation and physical systems, optimize performance, and influence enterprise stakeholders across complex technical ecosystems.

To qualify for the role, you must have

• 8+ years of experienceof deep infrastructure and software engineering with at least 2-3 yearsof experience withNVIDIA
• Sim-to-Real (S2R), domain randomization, RL pipelines
• ROS/ROS2, NVIDIA Jetson AGX Orin
• OVX/DGX infrastructure, multi-GPU training
• Willingness to traveloccasionally
• Good command of English
