EUTALENTS seeks professional barbers for partner salons across the Nordic countries. This full-time, permanent role offers a starting gross salary of 3,000 EUR per month and includes relocation support, flight tickets, and accommodation help.

You will perform hair and beard cuts, deliver exceptional client service, and participate in product sales while maintaining salon standards and contributing to a collaborative team environment. English proficiency and a valid European passport are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of barber experience or a certified barber qualification.
• Intermediate to high level of English.
• European passport required.

Responsibilities

• Perform hair and beard cuts and ensure high-quality service.
• Provide exceptional client service and upsell haircare products.
• Sell products and contribute to salon revenue.
• Open and close the salon according to schedule.
