Job description

• Lead introduction projects for new products in EMEA region – coordinate extended teams efforts, communicate with Core Team, solve engineering issues, assessing project and engineering risk
• Introduce changes to existing products, investigate and resolve product related engineering issues
• Drive quality improvements by risk assessment/mitigation eliminating sources of defects in the design, supplier and manufacturing processes
• Communicate to Operational leadership team on technical root-cause analysis, program status, deliverables and other product/manufacturing issues
• Cooperate with other regions on variety of projects

What you’ll achieve

• As a Process Development Senior Engineer, you will be responsible for leading introduction projects of new client products in EMEA region, introducing changes to existing products, investigating and resolving product related engineering issues (Electrical, Mechanical, Software) in order to ensure stable mass production.
• You will work with Marketing, SCP, Production Control, Process Engineering, Sales/Engineering Order Management, Procurement, Manufacturing Operations, Logistic on Engineering Change Management across product life cycles at Regional Level.
