Sii Poland is seeking an experienced IT security specialist to join the team responsible for global security infrastructure. You will support and maintain firewalls, WAF, VPN, and collaborate with IT teams worldwide.

You will monitor security resources, ensure their integrity, and provide early incident response in a fast-paced environment. The role requires 5+ years in IT security, experience with enterprise firewalls, Azure tools, SIEM, and basic automation.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of IT security experience.
• Experience with enterprise-class firewalls and VPN, WAF, and IPS/IDS.
• Familiarity with Azure security tools and SIEM platforms.
• Strong networking knowledge and basic automation skills (Python/PowerShell/API).
• Excellent English (B2/C1) and Polish language skills.
• Willingness to travel for a deployment trip to Switzerland.
• Analytical thinking and strong teamwork in a dynamic setting.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and manage security infrastructure components (firewalls, WAF, VPN).

We are looking for an experienced specialist to join the team responsible for global security infrastructure in the technology sector. In this role, you will support and maintain security components such as firewalls, WAF, and VPN, and collaborate with IT teams worldwide. Your tasks will also include monitoring the performance of security resources and ensuring their integrity. Your tasks

• Maintaining and managing security infrastructure components such as firewalls, WAF, and VPN
• Monitoring and ensuring the health and performance of security resources
• Providing level 1 and 2 support for security-related incidents and requests
• Collaborating with the security engineering team to implement and enforce best practices
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date technical documentation
• Working closely with local and international IT teams to ensure operational synergy
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of security operational processes

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT security
• Experience working with enterprise-class firewalls (Palo Alto, Fortinet, Cisco ASA/Firepower) and VPN, WAF, and IPS/IDS technologies
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure security tools (Azure Firewall, NSG, Sentinel, Defender) and SIEM platforms
• Practical knowledge of computer networking (TCP/IP, routing, switching, VLAN) and basic automation in Python, PowerShell, or via API
• Very good command of English - level B2/C1
• Willingness to undertake a week-long deployment trip to Switzerland and collaborate in an international environment
• Analytical thinking skills, effective communication, and teamwork in a dynamic environment
• Required to be located in Poland and fluent in Polish

• Cisco CCNA/CCNP, Fortinet, Palo Alto PCNSE, CompTIA Security+ certifications
