Job summary

HeadHR is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect to design enterprise network and cybersecurity solutions for large clients in Poland. You will engage in presales activities, translate business needs into robust architectures, and drive reference architectures and documentation.

Responsibilities include leading workshops, selecting technologies, coordinating with vendors, and supporting migrations across on-prem and hybrid environments.

Qualifications

• Experience with IT integrators, vendors, or enterprise environments.
• Strong data center, campus, and WAN architectures knowledge.
• Experience designing High Availability and Disaster Recovery solutions.
• Expertise in routing, MPLS, EVPN/VXLAN, SR, Spine-Leaf, SD-WAN, QoS, IPv6 and network automation.
• Knowledge of OSPF, BGP, IS-IS, Ansible, Python and REST APIs.
• Experience with data center solutions, network virtualization, SAN and Ethernet Fabric.
• Able to discuss with clients at architect/management levels.
• Broad IT infra knowledge with certifications/references; expert in at least one tech and strong in a second from Cisco/Fortinet/HPE/Dell.

• Designing network solutions architecture for Data Center and cybersecurity for Enterprise-class clients.
• Participating in presales processes and providing technical consulting.
• Supporting the sales department during bidding as a solutions architect.
• Analyzing business needs and translating them into technical architecture.
• Preparing concepts, reference architectures and HLD/LLD documentation.
• Preparing technical proposals and responses to RFP and RFQ inquiries.
• Conducting technical workshops, presentations and solution demonstrations.
• Selecting technologies and vendors according to client requirements.
• Collaborating with vendors and project teams in creating complex solutions.
• Supporting implementation teams, diagnosing and troubleshooting failures.
• Participating in migration and transformation projects covering on-premises and hybrid environments.
• Building long-term relationships with clients as a trusted technical advisor.
• Participating in trainings, maintaining technical certifications and tracking market developments.

Requirements

• Experience gained at an IT integrator, vendor, or in large Enterprise environments.


• Very good knowledge of Data Center, Campus and WAN architectures.


• Experience in designing High Availability and Disaster Recovery solutions.


• Knowledge of routing, MPLS, EVPN/VXLAN, Segment Routing, Spine-Leaf, SD-WAN, QoS, Multicast, IPv6 and network automation.

• Expert knowledge of at least one technology and very good knowledge of a second technology from the Cisco, Fortinet, HPE, or Dell sectors.


• Basic knowledge of operating systems, hardware platforms, virtualization and IT security.
