Job summary

Andersen is hiring a NetSuite Team Lead to oversee migration and optimization of a NetSuite ERP platform, driving system improvements and delivery.

The role involves coordinating ERP discovery, gap analysis, and migrations, with emphasis on NetSuite OneWorld, integrations, and ensuring alignment with core business processes across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Procurement.

Qualifications

• NetSuite implementation experience for 5+ years.
• Proven experience as NetSuite Solution Architect / Lead Consultant.
• Experience with NetSuite migration projects.
• Strong knowledge of NetSuite OneWorld.
• Experience leading ERP discovery and gap analysis.
• Strong understanding of business processes: Finance; Supply Chain; Manufacturing; Procurement.
• Experience evaluating OOTB vs customization approaches.
• Experience communicating with C-level stakeholders.
• Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate+ and above.

The customer is a company that provides technology-enabled operational solutions designed to help organizations improve efficiency, optimize business processes, and support sustainable growth. It works with businesses across various industries, delivering integrated services that enhance operational performance, simplify complex workflows, and enable organizations to adapt to evolving business needs.

The project is focused on migrating, configuring, and optimizing a new NetSuite ERP environment. It includes system integrations, customization assessment, and technical validation to ensure a smooth migration and alignment with NetSuite best practices.
