Qualifications

  • Exposure to CI/CD tools and practices such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar.

The role: .NET Developer | Location: Hybrid, Kraków | Contract Type: Employment contract | Salary: 18 000 PLN/month

The role

We are looking for a .NET Software Engineer to join the Engineering Platform team, where you'll contribute to the core systems that enable the engineering teams to build, deploy, and run software reliably and securely in the cloud. You’ll work on cloud-native services, developer tooling, and infrastructure automation that power our Azure-based platform at scale.

Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain platform services and tools using C# and Azure technologies.
  • Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform or Bicep to manage cloud infrastructure.
  • Build and enhance CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation used by development teams.
  • Contribute to the evolution of observability, monitoring, and reliability practices within the platform.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, design discussions, and technical planning within the team.
  • Collaborate with other engineers, architects, and product owners to deliver platform capabilities aligned to organizational needs.
  • Take initiative in troubleshooting, optimizing, and improving developer workflows and platform components.
  • Learn and contribute to the integration of AI/ML tools into engineering processes and platform automation.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in software development with solid knowledge of C# and .NET.
  • Practical experience working with Microsoft Azure services and cloud-first development.
  • Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform, Bicep, ARM templates).
  • Exposure to CI/CD tools and practices such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar.
  • Understanding of DevOps concepts and cloud-native architecture.
  • Experience working in Agile development teams.
  • Curiosity and drive to learn new technologies and grow toward a senior-level role.
  • Bonus: Exposure to containerization, Kubernetes, or AI/ML in an engineering context.
