Job summary

Ciklum is seeking a .NET Engineer to join our Poland team on a full-time basis. You will be part of a cross-functional development group working on a cloud-native system for financial services.

The role focuses on delivering robust .NET applications, collaborating with architects, developers, and delivery stakeholders, and embracing modern deployment practices. English proficiency and a hands-on attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience developing .NET applications.
• Novice to intermediate knowledge of .NET Core, C#, REST APIs, HTML/CSS, React, ASP.Net MVC, and Unit Testing / TDD.
• Familiarity with AWS components and Azure DevOps Pipelines, Docker, and Git.

• Communicate effectively with both technical peers and delivery team stakeholders
• Forge close links with architects, developers, analysts and wider team members within the development team

Project Description:

This project is with a global Financial Services Provider that focuses on providing responsible credit to underbanked customers in international markets. The current strategy centers on consolidating technology delivery to a single partner to drive efficiency and operational excellence. You will join the Product Engine team. This bespoke, cloud-native system manages the entire credit lifecycle. Built on a modern tech stack and cloud infrastructure, it supports hundreds of thousands of active credit card customers and is being expanded to replace legacy systems for instalment loans across multiple markets.

Responsibilities:

• Experience of utilising automated deployment methods

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years' experience in this role and of developing .Net applications
• Novice proficiency in .Net Core, C#, REST APIs, HTML/CSS, React, ASP.Net MVC, and Unit Testing / TDD
• Novice knowledge of AWS components: API Gateway, Lambda, ECS, Fargate, S3, Aurora RDS, DynamoDB, CloudFormation, Load Balancers, Route 53, SQS, SNS, EC2, Kinesis, IAM, and SSM parameter store/Secrets manager
• Novice proficiency in Azure DevOps Pipelines, Docker, and Git/source control
• Mandatory Certification: Valid AWS Certified Developer – Associate certificate required within 6 months of start
• Soft skills: Expert level fluent English and Competent level attention to detail
• Competent proficiency in JIRA / Confluence and SCRUM software development processes
• Novice proficiency in AWS monitoring tools: Elastic Search service & Kibana, and CloudWatch
