Experis ManpowerGroup Sp. z o.o. is seeking an experienced .NET Developer to join our Capital Markets Risk team in Wrocław, Poland.

The role focuses on design, development, and maintenance of critical applications supporting risk analysis, reporting, and risk management processes across capital markets products. You will design and implement scalable systems, work with Oracle databases, and collaborate with risk managers and analysts in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with C# and .NET, including .NET Core.
• Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries and Oracle PL/SQL.
• Experience in Capital Markets and Risk domains (Credit Risk, Market Risk, or Operational Risk).

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using C# and .NET.
• Develop and optimize SQL queries and database objects in Oracle.
• Support risk management systems for Credit Risk, CCR/CCM, and Treasury risk.
• Work with data and business logic for Bonds, Repos, and Derivatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Provide debugging, issue resolution, and code reviews.
• Document design specs and support materials.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced .NET Developer to join a Capital Markets team focused on the Risk domain. In this role, you will contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of critical applications supporting risk analysis, reporting, and risk management processes across capital markets products.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using C# and .NET technologies
• Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and database objects within Oracle environments
• Support the development and enhancement of risk management systems related to Credit Risk, Counterparty Credit Risk Management (CCR/CCM), and Treasury risk
• Work with data and business logic connected to capital markets products, including Bonds, Repos, and Derivatives
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, risk managers, and analysts to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Provide technical support, investigate application issues, and implement effective resolutions
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards and best practices
• Optimize application and database performance by identifying and resolving bottlenecks
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications and support materials
• Work closely with developers, QA engineers, and project stakeholders within an Agile environment

Requirements

• 5-8 years of professional experience in software development
• Strong hands-on experience with C# and .NET, including .NET Core
• Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries and working with database schemas and data manipulation
• Solid experience with Oracle databases and PL/SQL development
• Proven experience within the Capital Markets domain
• Direct experience within the Risk domain, including Credit Risk, Market Risk, or Operational Risk
• Knowledge of Bonds, Repos, Derivatives, Counterparty Credit Risk Management, and Treasury products or operations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to debug and resolve complex technical issues
• Good verbal and written communication skills

Nice to Have

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Familiarity with Git or other version control systems
• Experience with unit testing, integration testing, and test automation
• Exposure to Azure, AWS, OCI, or other cloud platforms
