Job summary

Role involves leading analyses, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and representing the stress team in reviews and meetings with authorities. Requires 7+ years in aircraft stress analysis and EASA/FAA familiarity.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in stress analysis of aircraft structures.
• Strong knowledge of nacelle components and materials.
• Experience with airworthiness regulations (EASA/FAA) and certification.
• Proven leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute stress analysis strategies for nacelle components.
• Oversee preparation, review, and approval of stress reports and justifications.
• Coordinate with integration and other engineering disciplines.
• Represent the stress team in technical reviews and certification meetings.
• Identify structural risks and propose improvements to nacelle design.
• Manage workload, resources, and schedules for stress activities.
• Ensure adherence to DOA standards and quality practices.
• Drive continuous improvement of analysis methodologies and tools.
