Job summary

Luxoft is seeking a hands-on Murex Test Lead in Poland to drive testing strategies for a green-field Murex deployment. You will lead test execution, coordinate SIT/UAT cycles, and partner with the project team to resolve defects in an Agile environment.

The candidate should bring 10+ years of test management experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and a deep Murex testing background to ensure timely quality milestones across asset classes.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in financial industry testing and project delivery.
• 10+ years in test execution and management.
• Functional knowledge across Interest Rate Derivatives, Equity Derivatives, Fixed Income, FX, Commodities, Structured Derivatives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent communication.
• Solid Murex testing background and end-to-end testing exposure.
• Experience in manual testing and defect resolution with vendors.

Responsibilities

• Lead Murex testing activities in a green-field implementation.
• Improve test approach and processes for efficiency.
• Execute manual testing during build and integration phases.
• Manage end-to-end testing (SIT) and support UAT testing cycles.
