Atlas Advisors, LLC is seeking highly skilled Multilingual Linguists to support NATO operations across Poland, Latvia, and Ukraine. Candidates must be fluent in English, Ukrainian, Polish, and Russian and capable of providing precise translation and interpretation in complex, mission-driven environments. In this role, you will work directly with NATO and partner forces, ensuring clear and accurate communication in multilingual and sensitive settings.

Key Responsibilities / What You Will Do

• Provide accurate translation and interpretation across English, Ukrainian, Polish, and Russian.
  
• Support NATO and host-nation forces during meetings, training, briefings, and operational planning.
  
• Translate sensitive military, technical, and administrative materials with precision and confidentiality.
  
• Facilitate communication across multinational teams while maintaining neutrality and professionalism.
  
• Adapt to demanding operational environments, including irregular hours or short-notice tasking.

Qualifications

• Must be a NATO, EU, or Ukranian citizen.
  
• Fluency in English, Ukrainian, Polish, and Russian (CEFR C2/ILR 3 or equivalent proficiency in all)
  
• Minimum of 3 years of professional interpreting or translation experience in military, governmental, or similar operational environments
  
• Physically and medically fit for operational conditions; able to travel and deploy as required
