Job summary

Aricoma in Warsaw is seeking an experienced Freelance Microsoft Database Administrator to support a large-scale enterprise environment for a major EU institution. You will manage Microsoft SQL Server estates, ensure availability and performance, and drive data platform initiatives.

The role involves ETL tasks, BI technologies, Always On, disaster recovery, and collaboration with infrastructure and application teams.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of IT experience.
• Minimum 3 years hands-on Microsoft DBA experience.
• Ability to obtain EU security clearance.

Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Database Administrator to join a large-scale enterprise environment supporting critical business and operational systems. This role offers the opportunity to work with complex Microsoft SQL infrastructures, modern data platforms, and business intelligence technologies within a highly secure and technically demanding setting of a major EU institution in Warsaw.

What You'll Be Doing

• Administer, maintain, and monitor Microsoft SQL Server environments


• Ensure database availability, performance, and reliability across distributed infrastructures
