At SplitMetrics Agency, we craft performance-driven visuals for the world’s leading mobile apps. Our team combines creativity, analytics, and innovation to produce stunning ASO and UA campaigns: from thumb-stopping TikTok-style videos to polished app store visuals.

We’re now looking for a creative and independent Motion Graphic Designer to bring bold ideas to life and push the boundaries of mobile advertising.

What You’ll Do
  • Create engaging motion content — produce high-quality videos, animations, and visuals for various platforms (app store ads, playable ads, UGC-style videos).
  • Transform static assets into dynamic, scroll-stopping motion pieces using raw materials and creative direction.
  • Handle end-to-end motion design — from animation to video editing and post-production.
  • Collaborate with different teams, adapting between following strict guidelines and brainstorming fresh concepts.
  • Optimize visuals for different channels, ad formats, and audiences.
  • Stay on trend with mobile advertising aesthetics and gaming visuals.
About You
  • 3–4 years of experience in motion design and a strong portfolio showcasing high-impact motion graphics and marketing creatives.
  • Expertise working with Adobe Creative Suite — particularly After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator — and proficient in Premiere Pro or similar video editing tools. You’re also comfortable exploring AI-powered solutions to enhance and speed up your creative process.
  • Knowledge of Figma for static asset creation will be a huge plus.
  • Your background includes producing mobile marketing creatives such as playable ads, UGC-style videos, and performance-driven visuals. You thrive in cross-functional environments where creativity and analytics work hand in hand.
  • A strong command of color correction, composition, typography, and visual hierarchy.
  • B1+ English level knowledge.
  • You bring an independent, proactive approach to your work, taking ownership of tasks and delivering high-quality output with minimal supervision.
  • Collaborative communicator who thrives in distributed, asynchronous teams built on open feedback and creative exchange. You’re always eager to share fresh ideas, experiment with new techniques, and push visual boundaries to produce truly standout content.
It would be great if you have
  • Experience in creating static assets (banners, visuals, app store screenshots).
  • Experience or passion for the gaming industry, especially producing game previews or trailers.
  • 3D animation skill.
Success Metrics for this role

UVP: Efficient production of high-quality motion assets aligned with client brand guidelines and deadlines.

KPIs:

  • Deliver 6-8 videos per month that meet client briefs and quality standards.
  • Maintain 95% on-time delivery rate across all projects.
  • Sustain strong collaboration feedback from stakeholders
