Allegro Ltd. is seeking a Mobile Software Engineer to enhance loyalty initiatives in our mobile apps. You will collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to deliver robust, high-performance experiences for users.

The role offers hybrid work (4 days in office, 1 remote) with 30 days of occasional remote work, based in Poznań. Key requirements include 3+ years in native iOS development, MVVM/MVI expertise, and strong testing practices.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of native mobile development experience (iOS/Swift).
• Knowledge of MVVM, MVI, or modular iOS architectures.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, asynchronous programming, and efficient data handling.
• Proficient in writing unit and integration tests; E2E testing a plus.
• Strong understanding of software engineering principles and algorithms.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted tools in development.
• Good English and Polish communication skills.
• Proactive problem-solving and user experience focus.
• Willingness to share knowledge during code reviews and collaborate with backend/product teams.
