We are looking for candidates who are: 3+ years of ML Engineering experience. Able to lead end‑to‑end projects, not just people management, with hands‑on tech stack and customization. Deep learning applied to computer vision. OCR/Document understanding/processing experience is a big nice to have. Must be willing to listen to recommendations and be a team player. Candidates must be in Poland. We will need targeted conversion salary range when submitting to client.
