Job summary

ING Hubs Poland is seeking an experienced Machine Learning DevOps Engineer. The role focuses on code/compute optimizations, model deployment, and collaboration with data scientists in a cross-functional squad.

You will help design, deploy and maintain scalable ML models on our analytics platform. The team operates in a Scrum framework within ING Group and offers opportunities to work with global banking fraud detection projects, using cutting-edge ML and data engineering tools.

Qualifications

• Experience with cloud platforms: GCP, Azure (DevOps).
• Experience with distributed computing (Spark 3.5+).
• Proficient in Python and ML Ops deployments.
• Familiar with Scikit-learn, Pandas, NumPy.
• Master's degree in related field is required.
• Experience in banking sector, especially fraud detection systems.

Responsibilities

• Code/compute optimizations & (unit) testing.
• Scheduling & distributing code on our data analytics platform.
• Working with shared model development codebase.
• Assist in model development/deployment.
• Collaboration with data scientists in squad.
• Maintenance.
