Job summary

GMV Spain, a technology group, is expanding its Space team to tackle Mission Analysis projects. In our team you will work on Earth Observation missions, Lagrangian or interplanetary missions, and other space studies.

We offer a hybrid working model, 8 weeks of teleworking outside your usual area, flexible start times, a personalized career plan, and relocation support for international mobility. You will define and perform mission analysis activities using MATLAB and GMV's tools.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Aerospace or related field.
• Interest in Space projects and knowledge of Orbital Mechanics.
• Experience with simulations and algorithm implementation in MATLAB/Simulink.

Responsibilities

• Perform mission analysis activities: requirements analysis, orbit definition, coverage analysis, ground station definition, memory analysis, station-keeping.
• Develop and maintain tools to support mission analyses using MATLAB and GMV tools.
• Define and develop software requirements and translate them into software design.
• Support system studies related to requirements definition and system characteristics.
• Apply mission analysis and software engineering knowledge to support development and analysis throughout the project.
