Middle Office Analyst

Responsibilities:

  • Provide operational support to Traders for securities, cash, and derivatives transactions
  • Perform trade monitoring, daily reconciliations, and manage failed trades
  • Prepare daily and periodic (weekly/monthly) reports
  • Collaborate and maintain effective relationships with Brokers, Custodian Banks, Fund Accountants, and other stakeholders
  • Review current processes to identify areas for improvement and contribute to change initiatives
  • Support or lead operational aspects of internal projects, process changes, or system implementations

Requirements:

  • A relevant degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field, and a minimum of 2 years of a professional experience
  • Strong interest in capital markets and a willingness to learn
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving
  • Able to manage priorities under pressure and meet strict deadlines
  • Comfortable working independently as well as within a team
