We are a dynamic team working on an exciting suite of products, including mobile apps, websites, and sometimes CRMs for our products. We're looking for a talented UX/UI Designer to join our team and help create seamless, user‑friendly experiences for our diverse product portfolio. If you're passionate about designing intuitive interfaces and user‑centric experiences across multiple platforms, we'd love to have you on board!

Responsibilities:

• Research & Analysis: Conduct user research and competitor analysis to gain insights into user needs and behaviors.
• Wireframing & Prototyping: Develop wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups for mobile app features.
• UI Design: Design high‑quality, visually appealing, and consistent user interfaces that are aligned with the brand and provide an intuitive experience.
• User Flows: Create clear and effective user flows and information architecture to guide the development of user‑centered products.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the product, engineering, and QA teams to ensure seamless implementation of designs and to iterate based on feedback.
• Design System: Contribute to the development and maintenance of the design system to ensure consistency across the app.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a UX/UI Designer, with exposure to designing mobile apps, websites, and/or CRM systems.
• Proficiency in Figma.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating your design skills and process.
• Solid understanding of UX/UI principles, design systems, and platform‑specific guidelines (iOS, Android, web).
• Experience in wireframing and prototyping.
• Strong visual design skills with an eye for detail, consistency, and usability.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher and native level of Ukrainian, Belarusian, Russian.
