  • Ability to decompose complex requirements into smaller, clear, and manageable parts suitable for different audiences (tech/business).
  • Confident in change management processes: identifying, assessing, and handling changing requirements.
  • Experience in gap analysis and defining “as‑is” and “to‑be” states of systems or business processes.

  • Strong collaboration with cross‑functional teams: developers, QAs, designers, and project managers.
  • Ability to determine the business value of solution options to support informed stakeholder decisions.
  • Participation in business acceptance testing and post‑delivery validation.
  • Experience in internal BA community contributions: mentoring, interviewing, and knowledge sharing.
  • English level: Upper‑Intermediate (B2) or higher.

  • Facilitate requirement validation sessions with stakeholders and the delivery team.
  • Ensure consistent communication and shared understanding of project scope and requirements.
  • Continuously monitor changes and align the solution with business goals.

  • Cozy offices in 2 cities (Kyiv & Lviv) with electricity and Wi‑Fi (Generator & Starlink)
