  • 3+ years of experience as an HR administrator, HR Operations Specialist or in a similar HR role.
  • Experience in managing full operational cycle of employee data in a medium/big size organization.
  • Extended knowledge of Polish Employment Law.

As the HR Operations Specialist for our Warsaw Hub, you’ll support teams from Surfshark and Nord Security products — leaders in the global cybersecurity space. Your role will be at the heart of our people's operations and as a crucial part of the Administration Team. From managing employee records to supporting onboarding, benefits, social fund, and many other aspects of employee formal cycle within the company. If you want to:
  • Maintain employee records, HR databases, and internal documentation;
  • Take care of the employee documentation cycle and managing documentation archive;
  • Support employee onboarding and orientation;
  • Coordinate employee benefits administration and answer benefit-related queries;
  • Support Social Fund operations;
  • Serve as a point of contact in regards to employee documentation and questions;
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies;
  • Support the Site Lead in employee relations and resolving HR-related issues;
  • Support Administration Team in other tasks assigned by the Site Lead related to employee experience.
