Job summary

Vention is seeking a .NET developer to design, build, and deploy robust services in a hybrid Warsaw-based role. You will own end-to-end development, contribute to architecture decisions, and participate in Agile ceremonies while mentoring junior teammates when needed.

Requirements include 2+ years in .NET, C#, SQL, and TypeScript with Angular or React, plus a strong grasp of microservices, DDD, and clean code practices. English communication with clients is expected.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional .NET development experience.
• Proficiency in C# (.NET Core & .NET Framework).
• Experience with SQL databases.
• Experience with TypeScript and Angular or React.
• Strong understanding of microservices, DDD, and clean code principles.
• English level B2 or higher and ability to communicate with English-speaking clients.
• Eagerness to learn and adopt new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and deploy high-quality .NET solutions with production-grade reliability.
• Own end-to-end development—from business logic to deployment.
• Engage in Agile processes including sprint demos, Scrum ceremonies and innovation workshops.
• Contribute to technical planning including estimations and architectural decisions.
• Maintain code excellence through peer reviews and comprehensive test coverage.
• Drive technical innovation by evaluating and integrating modern .NET technologies.
• Optional leadership: Mentor junior developers and represent our tech at community events.
