HOMAG is seeking a software engineer to contribute to the wupWorks product using C#/.NET. You will implement features, collaborate in an agile team, and help shape interfaces and components. The role emphasizes automated testing, CI, and continuous improvement to deliver maintainable code.

Candidates should have several years of C#/.NET experience, some Blazor exposure, and a solid understanding of modern software architecture and IT security. A degree in CS or engineering is preferred.

Qualifications

• Several years of hands-on experience developing software with C# and .NET.
• Experience with Blazor is a plus.
• Understanding of modern software architecture concepts and IT security basics.
• Experience in agile environments (Scrum, Kanban) and with Azure DevOps.
• Comfortable with database systems and Entity Framework.
• Ability to analyze requirements and implement sustainable solutions with guidance.
• Proactive, responsible and quality-focused with clean code practices.

Responsabilités

• Contribute to the development and maintenance of our wupWorks product built on C#/.NET.
• Implement features and improvements following given guidelines.
• Collaborate within an agile development team to deliver high-quality, maintainable code.
• Support the team in defining and implementing interfaces and components.
• Participate in automated testing, CI and other DevOps practices.
• Help ensure software quality through unit tests, documentation and code reviews.
• Share knowledge with colleagues and contribute to continuous improvement of development processes.
