Job summary

Aviatrix in Poland is seeking a hands-on Middle DevOps Engineer to scale Kubernetes, automate CI/CD, and improve observability. You will own infrastructure and work with backend and product teams to keep services reliable at scale.

The role requires 3+ years of DevOps experience, AWS and Kubernetes knowledge, and strong Terraform/Ansible skills, plus fluency in English and Russian. We offer remote work, generous vacation and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

3+ years of hands‑on DevOps / SRE / Infra Engineering experience.

Responsibilities

Maintain and scale Kubernetes clusters
Write and support Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform and Ansible
Own and automate CI/CD pipelines with GitLab CI and FluxCD
Drive improvements in observability — manage Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Pingdom, Sentry
Manage and monitor PostgreSQL and Redis in production
Handle incidents calmly and systematically, improve alerting quality, and reduce recovery time through clear processes and reliable infrastructure
Collaborate with backend, product & integrations teams
