Sii Poland invites you to join its Data Science team developing AI-based solutions for the global retail and restaurant industry. You will work on Generative AI, Computer Vision, and Machine Learning, creating applications that utilize LLM and VLM models in real operational environments.

You will design, develop, and maintain AI/ML pipelines, validate models, and collaborate with data scientists and engineers on MLOps to deliver scalable, reliable systems for clients in retail and restaurant

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-5 years of commercial experience in Data Science or Machine Learning.
• Practical experience with machine learning models.
• Fluent in Polish and communicative English.
• Residing in Poland.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain applications based on LLM and VLM.
• Build and optimize AI/ML pipelines for performance and scalability.
• Implement, monitor, and support ML solutions in production.
• Validate model results and ensure AI system reliability.
• Collaborate on MLOps and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop solutions using Computer Vision and Generative AI for retail and restaurant clients.

Join the Data Science team developing AI-based solutions for the global retail and restaurant industry. You will work on projects in the areas of Generative AI, Computer Vision, and Machine Learning, creating and developing applications that utilize LLM and VLM models. Together with the team, you will build solutions that support data and image analysis, helping clients make informed business decisions in real operational environments.

Your tasks

• Designing, developing, and maintaining applications based on LLM and VLM
• Building and optimizing AI/ML pipelines to improve performance, accuracy, and scalability
• Implementing, monitoring, and supporting machine learning solutions in production environments
• Validating model results and ensuring the reliability of AI systems
• Collaborating with data scientists and engineers on MLOps and continuous improvement initiatives
• Participating in the development of solutions utilizing Computer Vision and Generative AI for clients in the retail and restaurant sectors

Requirements

• Minimum 2-5 years of commercial experience in Data Science or Machine Learning
• Practical experience working with machine learning models
• Strong knowledge of Pandas and NumPy libraries
• Ability to design and develop AI-based solutions
• Fluent in Polish
• Proficient in English at a communicative level
• Residing in Poland

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Snowflake
• Basic knowledge of GenAI / LLM
