As a Microsoft Copilot Studio Tools Developer, you will play a pivotal role in designing and delivering intelligent automation and AI-driven solutions using Microsoft’s ecosystem. You will be responsible for building and optimizing workflows and integrations across Copilot Studio, Copilot for Microsoft 365, and Power Automate. Your work will involve leveraging Model Context Protocol (MCP) and REST APIs to enable seamless data exchange and connectivity across enterprise systems. This role requires a strong foundation in cloud‑based architecture, AI agent design, and secure solution delivery.
In this role, you will lead the end‑to‑end development of custom tools for AI agents and automation workflows using Copilot Studio and Power Platform capabilities. You will design and implement custom connectors and actions to integrate with external APIs and data sources, ensuring robust and scalable solutions. Your responsibilities will include enhancing conversational AI capabilities – such as multilingual voice support and generative responses with attribution, and embedding security and compliance best practices into every solution. You will also be expected to troubleshoot and maintain deployed applications, while mentoring team members on cross‑tool integration and development strategies.
