YOUR ROLE

As a Microsoft Copilot Studio Tools Developer, you will play a pivotal role in designing and delivering intelligent automation and AI-driven solutions using Microsoft’s ecosystem. You will be responsible for building and optimizing workflows and integrations across Copilot Studio, Copilot for Microsoft 365, and Power Automate. Your work will involve leveraging Model Context Protocol (MCP) and REST APIs to enable seamless data exchange and connectivity across enterprise systems. This role requires a strong foundation in cloud‑based architecture, AI agent design, and secure solution delivery.

YOUR TASKS

In this role, you will lead the end‑to‑end development of custom tools for AI agents and automation workflows using Copilot Studio and Power Platform capabilities. You will design and implement custom connectors and actions to integrate with external APIs and data sources, ensuring robust and scalable solutions. Your responsibilities will include enhancing conversational AI capabilities – such as multilingual voice support and generative responses with attribution, and embedding security and compliance best practices into every solution. You will also be expected to troubleshoot and maintain deployed applications, while mentoring team members on cross‑tool integration and development strategies.

YOUR PROFILE

• Strong understanding of REST API integration, Microsoft cloud tools, and workflow orchestration.
• Proficiency in PowerFX and its use within Power Platform solutions.
• Hands‑on experience with Power Automate, Logic Apps, and the broader Power Platform.
• Familiarity with Copilot Studio and Copilot for Microsoft 365.
• Expertise in building custom connectors and actions in Power Platform or Logic Apps.
• Deep knowledge of Power Platform integration (Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse).
• Proven ability to deliver scalable, secure AI solutions.
• Advanced experience with Microsoft Azure AI services, including Azure AI Foundry, Azure AI Agent Service, Microsoft Copilot Studio, and Semantic Kernel.
• Strong grasp of cloud design patterns, enterprise integration, and responsible engineering practices.
• Solid understanding of advanced AI concepts such as multi‑agent workflows, reasoning and decision engines, and autonomous agent design.

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience using Python to interact programmatically with Copilot Studio agents.
• Familiarity with the Microsoft 365 Agents SDK.
• Experience in rapid prototyping of generative and agentic AI solutions.
• Knowledge of Microsoft, SAP, and Oracle suites and their AI integration capabilities.
• Exposure to AI safety testing frameworks.
• Background in consulting or experience in a client‑facing technical specialist role.
