Job summary

Sanofi is seeking a Medical Science Liaison for Rhinology & Gastroenterology to collaborate with healthcare professionals and institutions, sharing scientifically rigorous insights that support patient care.

In this field-based role, you will organize meetings, webinars and peer discussions, build long-term relationships, and communicate the clinical value of our therapies while adhering to regulatory and ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Degree in a scientific discipline.
• Experience in stakeholder strategy, planning and engagement.
• Knowledge of rhinology and/or gastroenterology.
• Fluent in Polish and English (spoken and written).
• Strong scientific communication across channels and formats.

Responsibilities

• Engage healthcare professionals with accurate scientific information.
• Organize scientific meetings, webinars, and discussions with key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals.
• Build and maintain trusted, long-term relationships through scientific exchange.
• Communicate the clinical value of our therapeutic area products within the regulatory and ethical framework.
• Respond to unsolicited medical questions and support investigator-initiated research and local advisory boards.
• Develop and deliver individual stakeholder engagement plans aligned with the medical strategy.
• Report adverse events and product quality complaints promptly, in line with local procedures.

About you

• Degree in a scientific discipline.
• Experience in stakeholder strategy, planning, and engagement.
• Disease and therapeutic area knowledge in rhinology and/or gastroenterology.
• Strong impactful scientific communication skills, across multiple channels and formats.
• Fluent in Polish and English, spoken and written.
• Strategic thinking, business acumen, and strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
• Experience using CRM tools is an asset.
