Your role
- As Sales Medical Representative, you will be EssilorLuxottica’s medical representative towards ophthalmologists, hospitals, private clinics, and targeted dispensing opticians and optometrists in North Poland. You will be field‑based and cover the following regions: Wielkopolskie, Kujawsko‑Pomorskie, Lubuskie, Zachodniopomorskie, Pomorskie, Warmińsko‑Mazurskie.
- Your main responsibilities include disseminating product and category‑related scientific and clinical information towards those specific targets in myopia, presbyopia, light management, and instruments/refraction.
- You will promote Essilor products and services to ophthalmologists, orthoptists, opticians, and relevant healthcare professionals (visits, training, information meetings, conferences, etc.) to develop prescriptions under the brand name of our products.
- You will bring them a wealth of knowledge and EssilorLuxottica solutions to support better patient outcomes.
- This promotion will be done through field visits, medical & technical education, professional congresses, events and symposiums, and training in universities.
- Your mission involves medical and technical education with ophthalmologists and the medical community.
Main Responsibilities
- Share scientific, technical, and evidence‑based information on our products and services with ophthalmologists, orthoptists, opticians, and relevant healthcare professionals to develop prescriptions under the brand name of our products.
- Establish visit plans and targets in collaboration with the Medical Affairs Manager.
- Monitor results obtained and propose, if necessary, corrective actions.
- Work with the Medical Education teams and Sales Teams to establish a medical footprint for EssilorLuxottica in Poland, serving as a keynote speaker at local events linked to visual health and vision.
- Support growth for Stellest, Varilux, and light management solutions in coordination with the Medical Affairs Manager and the business.
- Track post‑education impact performance metrics and reschedule necessary complementary actions to fully activate the account in the core categories.
- Be 80% in the field (e.g., myopia clinics and customer visits) to secure technical and medical education for the targeted products and services established by the Medical Affairs Manager and the business.
Main Requirements
- 5+ years sales experience in practice or in the industry.
- Bachelor or Master degree (optics is a plus).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Preferable scientific/clinical and medical affairs knowledge, particularly in myopia management.
- Driving license category B.
- Good English (B1/B2).
- Leadership skills, active listening, and ability to convince key stakeholders.
- Driven for results and autonomous.
