Role Overview

This role is vital in driving Media Productivity for PepsiCo in North America, focusing on optimizing media operations for maximum value. It involves leading the forecasting, tracking, and reporting of productivity metrics while collaborating with both internal teams and external partners. The position will ensure alignment across stakeholders, including brand teams, internal planning and buying teams, agencies, and auditors. Additionally, it will identify new opportunities to enhance media productivity and support PepsiCo's media excellence. This role plays a key part in shaping a value-driven media ecosystem in North America.

Responsibilities
Forecasting and Target Setting
  • Ensuring accurate and timely media productivity forecasting;
  • Coordinating with brand teams, media agencies, and internal planning teams;
  • Aligning on budgets, analyzing submissions, and setting productivity targets that reflect organizational priorities;
Tracking and Reporting
  • Regular updates on year-to-date achievements and full-year projections;
  • Leveraging tools like Monday.com to make productivity data accessible and actionable for all stakeholders;
Verification and Validation
  • Ensuring accuracy in productivity results through collaboration with auditors and internal teams;
  • Conducting thorough verification and validation of reported figures;
Delivering Productivity Goals
  • Accountable for achieving internal productivity targets, the role also identifies and drives new opportunities to maximize value;
Stakeholder Collaboration and Education
  • Educating and supporting brand teams, media agencies, and internal stakeholders, ensuring a shared understanding of the productivity framework and fostering alignment across the organization;
Qualifications

  • Deep understanding of global media governance frameworks, policies, and compliance standards;
  • Ability to ensure adherence to governance protocols across all media channels and teams;
Media Productivity Optimization
  • Expertise in driving media productivity initiatives through data analysis, reporting, and tracking mechanisms;
  • Ability to identify opportunities for media savings and efficiencies;
  • Strong analytical skills to assess the performance of media investments and identify optimization strategies;
Stakeholder Management & Collaboration
  • Proven ability to work across cross-functional teams (media agencies, internal marketing teams, finance, etc.) to ensure alignment on media objectives;
  • Skilled in managing relationships with senior stakeholders, both internal and external, and aligning objectives across departments and regions;
  • Ability to navigate complex organizational structures to push projects forward efficiently;
Advanced Data Analysis & Reporting
  • Strong quantitative skills, with the ability to work with large data sets and derive actionable insights on media performance and ROI;
  • Proficiency in media measurement tools and reporting platforms;
Communication & Presentation Skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to clearly articulate complex media governance strategies to senior leadership;
  • Ability to present data-driven insights and recommendations to both internal teams and external stakeholders;
Project Management
  • Expertise in managing large, complex media projects, ensuring on-time delivery and within budget;
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and quality;
  • 7+ years of experience in media trading/investment in Media Agency or as Media Auditor;
  • Stakeholder management;
  • Exhibit a “can-do” positive attitude;
