Job summary

emagine seeks an experienced MDE/MDI Deployment Coordinator to drive deployment waves across multiple countries and domains. The role focuses on timely delivery, stakeholder coordination, and ensuring smooth transitions from pilot to production.

The candidate will coordinate global and local IT teams, Microsoft, and suppliers, using Azure DevOps to track plans, milestones, and delivery information. Excellent English is required for cross‑border communication.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years of Project Management experience in IT Infrastructure.
• Experience coordinating multiple technical teams.
• 1-2 years in Agile delivery coordination, specifically with Azure DevOps.
• Very good English language skills, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate deployment waves for Microsoft Defender MDE/MDI across multiple countries and domains.
• Liaise between global teams, local IT, Microsoft, and third-party suppliers.
• Maintain deployment wave plans, milestones, and delivery data in Azure DevOps.
• Lead regular deployment phase meetings, including daily stand-ups.
• Track readiness and progress against plans and update management with actions.
• Manage risks, issues, blockers, and dependencies proactively.
• Oversee change management and communications activities.
• Support transition from pilot to large-scale production deployments.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned Microsoft Defender MDE/MDI deployment waves across various countries and management domains.
• Coordinate activities between global teams, local IT teams, Microsoft, and third-party suppliers.
• Maintain deployment wave plans, milestones, and delivery information in Azure DevOps.
• Conduct regular meetings during deployment phases, including daily stand-ups.
• Monitor readiness and progress against deployment plans.
• Manage risks, issues, blockers, and dependencies proactively.
• Provide status updates to program management with clear actions and deadlines.
• Oversee change management and communication activities.
• Support the transition from pilot to large-scale production deployment.

Must Haves

• 4-5 years of Project Management experience in IT Infrastructure.
• Experience coordinating multiple technical teams.
