Job summary

Made for Math is seeking a Math Specialist for remote, part-time work. You’ll join a team that supports neurodivergent learners with dyslexia, dyscalculia, ADHD, and autism, delivering 25–55 minute sessions and tailoring lessons.

Work mainly afternoons/evenings Pacific Time, with weekly team meetings. Requires 2+ years teaching, a degree in Education, and comfort with game-centered assessments. This W-2 role pays $22.50/hour and offers flexible, long-term engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Elementary or Secondary Education.
• Strong communication skills with parents.
• Patient and adaptable to student mood.
• Ability to teach in a fun, enthusiastic, uncluttered way.
• At least 2 years of teaching experience.
• Available to work a minimum of 14 hours weekly.
• Paid for lesson planning/admin time (about 21 hours per week).

Responsibilities

Math Specialist – Part-Time Position

No papers to grade. Bathroom breaks at will. Skip the drama and do all your favorite parts of teaching! We're seeking to hire experienced secondary math teachers for part-time opportunities here at Made for Math. These are long-term positions for a growing company, we are not looking for contract or summer-only workers!

ABOUT: Made for Math™ is an all-online math intervention service for families with students that have dyslexia, dyscalculia, ADHD, and autism. We are dedicated to getting our students results and know that the work we do is life-changing for our students.

Here is what your work will look like:

This is a W-2 position. We will pay you as you train and learn our systematic and structured Math ways! Pay is $22.50 per hour.

Although this is a remote, work-from-home job, we only hire in these states: Arizona, Florida, Idaho, South Carolina, Texas, Utah, Washington.

Requirements
