Job Title: Material Handler
Division: Weir Minerals
Location: Leszno, Poland
Onsite

Purpose of Role: Join our team and be part of an exciting, dynamic environment where you'll contribute to the efficient handling, loading, and unloading of materials in a safe and organized manner. Your role will be key in ensuring accurate stock management and timely processing of goods. You'll have opportunities for personal development and training while working in a collaborative and fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Material Handling: Safely load, unload, rack, and handle all materials, ensuring all items are correctly marked with size, weight, and length.
• Stock Management: Accurately count, weigh, and track materials for inbound, outbound, and stocktaking purposes.
• Workplace Safety: Maintain a safe, tidy, and clean work environment for yourself and others.
• Goods Processing: Efficiently manage the picking, stocking, and movement of goods to ensure timely processing.
• Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero‑harm behaviours in support of our drive towards developing a world‑class safety culture.

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:

• Any equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered for candidates with the ability to perform the objectives above.
• Knowledge of material handling and stock management processes.
• Ability to operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and maintaining a clean, organized environment.
