Job summary

Woodward Poland is seeking a Junior Master Planner to support production scheduling and capacity planning. You will work under guidance to maintain the Master Production Schedule and ensure alignment with demand and inventory.

The role offers flexible hours to accommodate university classes and opportunities for development within an experienced team. Ideal candidates are pursuing a Bachelor’s degree, have strong Excel skills, basic ERP knowledge, and good analytical and communication abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or ongoing studies in a related field.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Basic knowledge of ERP systems preferred.
• Previous internship/project experience in Supply Chain or Planning is an advantage.
• Good command of English is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support development and maintenance of production schedules to meet demand.
• Monitor production performance against the schedule and identify deviations.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics for data exchange.
• Analyze planning data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Prepare regular reports and provide insights for planning decisions.
• Assist in maintaining Master Production Schedule alignment with demand and capacity.
• Monitor inventory and material availability and identify risks to schedules.
• Maintain planning data in ERP and other systems with accuracy.
