Job summary

Luxoft in Poland is seeking a senior Solution Architect to lead the modernization of a MarTech and customer membership platform. You will assess current architecture, define future-state solutions, and craft roadmaps for scalable CRM, loyalty, CDP, and marketing activation using cloud and event-driven technologies.

You'll provide hands-on architectural leadership, translate business needs into scalable technical designs, drive governance with RFCs and ADRs, and collaborate with stakeholders

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Solution/Software Architecture for distributed systems.
• Experience with Event-Driven Architecture and target-state modernization.
• Proven ability to define future-state architectures and roadmaps.
• Experience transforming legacy landscapes and migrations.
• Domain knowledge in MarTech/customer space: loyalty, CRM, CDP, consent, engagement, marketing activation.
• Hands-on in Java, Spring Boot, PostgreSQL.
• Strong CI/CD, trunk-based development knowledge.
• Familiarity with RFCs and ADRs.
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable tech solutions.
• Knowledge of AWS, Kafka, and Terraform.
• Experience designing API-led and event-driven integrations.
• Familiarity with MuleSoft or other iPaaS solutions.
• Experience modernization initiatives and vendor evaluations.
• Strong stakeholder communication and architectural leadership.
• Fluent English.
