We are actively seeking skilled individuals to join our team to work on a project developed in cooperation with CD PROJEKT RED.

Responsibilities
- Supporting day-to-day marketing operations and assisting the PR & Marketing Manager in coordinating ongoing projects.
- Managing communication with external partners, agencies, platforms, and business counterparts.
- Assisting in planning and executing marketing activities for PC and console releases, including Steam visibility and game discovery efforts.
- Coordinating creation and delivery of marketing assets, working closely with our graphic designer, community manager, and business development team.
- Overseeing merchandising tasks, such as collaborating with suppliers, preparing orders, and tracking inventory.
- Monitoring merchandise and marketing trends.
- Maintaining project documentation, schedules, briefs, and marketing workflows (using Jira, Miro, Asana etc.).
- Supporting internal and external event preparations (digital festivals, expos, announcements).
- Analyzing basic performance data and providing insights to improve marketing efforts.
- Contributing creative ideas to help strengthen the brand and player engagement.
- Executing marketing tasks in a timely manner.
- Following industry trends.
- Attending marketing tradeshows and conferences.
- Participating in budget estimation and maintenance, which includes close cooperation with the financial department.
- Cooperating with our publishers and/or contractors.
- Maintaining the company's online store, searching for new solutions.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar position in the video game industry or related (at least 2 years)
- English (B2 at least) and fluent Polish (must)
- Analytical skills to track marketing trends in video games industry
- Knowledge of: Steam backend and game discoverability basics
- Knowledge of marketing tools such as Metricool, Jira, Miro, or alternatives
- Deep understanding of brand communications, social, and gaming ecosystem
- Strong attention to detail and resourcefulness
- Ability to work independently and with a team, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively
- Understanding of video game industry trends
- An ability to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive/internal information
- Creative flair with an excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Having strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
Nice to have
- E-commerce experience
- Experience using a social media planning/scheduling platform (HootSuite, Metricool, Later, ContentStudio, Sprout Social, Loomly, etc.)
- Understanding of influencer relations or PR processes (not required but beneficial).
- Ability to hand-code basic HTML
- Experience with one graphic design tool, such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or Figma.
- Passion for PC/console games, indie games, or game communities.
